There is only one apparent male nymph and this may refer to Mercury or Saturn.

There is one main marker on the Libra folio, given the month suggested to be September which contains the Autumnal Equinox as the main event it may represent this day and the crowned nymph may represent the Sun at the Autumnal Equinox, she wears a crown with an arch and cross on top maybe representing the crossing of the Ecliptic and the Celestial Equator.  On a North Pole centred star map placing the crowned nymph’s star on the Sun allows the marker to indicate the NCP and SN 1054, also coincidentally SN 1604, keeping the crowned nymph in the same position as on the folio.  If the line is treated separately it may represent the Celestial Zero Meridian, from Vernal to Autumnal Equinox which passes through SN 1572.  On a NEP centred star map if the marker is treated as the Ecliptic Zero Meridian the this allows the crowned nymph to indicate SN 5 BC and on each style of map the Equinoxes can be indicated.

Apart from the main marker the scales may contain markers also as suggested below. These markers pass through two stars and may be relevant to Mercury, as they form the correct angle of Mercury from the ecliptic as measured from the horizon at the time of the inferior conjunction of Mercury, assuming the Ecliptic is a straight line, and coincidentally it passes through the constellation of Libra as on the folio.
